SCANPAN Classic cookware is oven safe up to 250°C, providing even heat distribution and exceptional durability. The handle is attached to the pan body using a patented method that eliminates rivets, screws, or springs. Before First Use: Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning: After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer to scrub the pan thoroughly, ensuring all food fat and residue are removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids\/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
