Exceed Expectations

I was worried about getting a combo machine with all the bad reviews on their drying functionalities, but I can say with relief the Bosch Series 6 works perfectly. It washes beautifully and dries the entire load without any issues.

The first couple of washes did carry bit of a rubbery smell, but happy to advise this has vanished completely. I appreciate the fact that the machine has a couple of different dryer settings, helping to avoid creasing. It's also much much faster than expected. A typical 4kg load washes and dries in about 2.5h.

Although the machine does not boast the "add to load" function that some other machines have, you can actually add laundry to the machine during the cycle if you press the pause button. Only downside is that sometimes, when drying, the machine wont unlock the door for you to remove clothes before the cycle ends, becuase the drum is hot (assume this is for safety reasons).

The machine is also pretty quiet (even during spin). It's located in my bathroom next to my bedroom and wont even hinder sleep if the door is kept closed.

I cannot be happier with the purchase and am happy I paid a little extra for a Bosch as I think the machine is way better than other brands in more or less the same price range (judging by all the bad reviews).

Excellent product and service

The machine is very quiet, clean properly and don't consume a lot of water or power. At least in washing mode. I haven't tried the dry yet.

Thank you for your brilliant service, I was super impressed with Folders and we absolutely love our new Bosch Series 6 Washer/Dryer. I was happy with the communication, tracking and delivery and it was a great price too! I will be back to purchase appliances in the near future and will be recommending Folders to everyone!

Love this washer/dryer combo

Never sure how this is all going to go, especially with all the negative reviews on washer/dryer combos - but this one is great for our TinyHouse, and I'd recommend it for other uses also - although probably not for a family of more than about 4. Lots of choice in terms of programmes, but as most of our clothes are only lightly soiled, I use the 15 minute wash and 45 minute dry one, and then I had an extra 20-60 minutes drying time, dependant on what I'm trying to dry. Usually no more than 30 minutes extra required, unless I'm drying heavy stuff like jeans or towels. Lovely quiet operation, fits our space perfectly, and super easy to install - apart from getting the moving brace off the back. This required a special alum type key - but not an alum key - and only by sheer luck did we have a tool that fit the screws to get the brace off. Without that, we would have had to buy one before being able to take it off. Suggest that the tool needed be shipped with the product for others. Apart from that, the delivery was faultless, and I'd highly recommend this lovely Bosch washer/dryer combo.

Fantastic service and great product so far

Brilliant service from Folders - ordered online and delivered direct from Bosch to my home in Auckland within 10 days. Easy washer to install and first thing I noticed was how quiet it is - big improvement on our old machine! Looks great too.
