Some eligible products may also be collected from a supplier-operated pickup location. Supplier pickup is separate from Folders locations and is subject to order confirmation.
How it works
Select a pickup option at checkout only when it is offered for your item. Wait until we confirm that your order is ready and provide collection instructions before travelling to any location.
Collection
Bring your order number and valid New Zealand photographic ID. The person named to collect the order must present a New Zealand driver's licence, passport or 18+ card.
