In fact Folders prices are set by regularly surveying all the major reputable retailers in the market and setting our retail price based on the lowest advertised price for the same product on any given day. We endeavour to give you the best price in the market at all times. However, in the event that you find a lower advertised price from a major reputable retailer we will price match.

We also recommend customers investigate prices across the market as there are often a wide range of prices, particularly with appliances, and a “discount off” or “sale price” does not always mean lowest price.

We reserve the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price and if your claim qualifies for the Price Promise, we will match the price.

The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Folders usual terms and conditions of trade. The information you provide Folders will only be used to provide the Price Promise to you or to discuss with you your Price Promise claim.
