Crepe Pans

The crepe pan is a specialised cooking utensil designed specifically for crafting delicate and thin French-style pancakes known as crepes. Characterised by its shallow, flat surface and low sides, the crepe pan enables easy spreading and flipping of the thin batter to achieve the perfect, paper-thin consistency.
