Easy to use controls. (Not sure how easy the knurled knows will be to clean.) Great for power saving ... only a small volume to heat up. Looks good and easy to clean inside. Drip tray great. Quick delivery but pizza pan dented as at the top of the box. I'm enjoying using the Delonghi benchtop oven. Thank you for offering it at such a good price. Diana
