I bought this oven based on positive reviews I'd seen as well as the fact I thought I was getting a sizeable discount (i.e. purchasing quality at a lower price, although I should have done better research on that.) Was disappointed with this product. To summarize, it's not great quality and not overly user friendly.
Overall build quality feels really cheap. The lower drawer is annoying to open with no handle, and flimsy to the point I'm concerned that the metal will easily dent if I put my foot against it while cooking. There are a good number of racks and trays provided and I do like them, although the wire racks feel flimsy. The trays can be difficult to slot in and the door is very stiff to open so someone elderly may struggle with it.
I seem to be unfortunate enough to have an oven with significant defects as well. The metal that folds around the ceramic top came warped and there is a MASSIVE gap between the metal and the top at the top right side that my electrician and elderly family member didn't notice when installing (but is very obvious when you look at it from the left) which is sharp to the point it cut me when I tried to push it down and is both an eyesore and a massive annoyance as it's a place food/cleaner can collect. I seriously thought about returning this product but since it had already been installed by the time I saw it, decided not to - though I may regret that. The telescopic rails came preinstalled in the highest location which isn't where I wanted them and there are no instructions on how to move them. After googling, I came across instructions on a Beko forum but when I went to try the first step and remove the side racks (which you are supposed to be able to do for cleaning anyway) only one side will come free, the other resists despite putting all my effort into it - perhaps another manufacturing defect similar to the top.
The user experience isn't great. The user manual is full of vagueness (there are two lights on the oven, one of which is described as a 'warning light' but nowhere does it tell you what it's warning you about.) The oven function is labelled in pictures rather than words so you have to refer to the manual regularly to work out how to use it and it's difficult to explain to someone else. There is an element on the stove top that can be multiple sizes which is great, but the dial is a bit confusing and only goes to three whereas the others go to six. A minor annoyance but the oven function and temperature dials are on opposite sides of the oven instead of being together.
All in all, I'm not impressed with this oven and would not recommend it.
