    what a great masher - the design and function of the mashing plate is awesome....
    however, the folding handle is a disaster - with my hand ending up in the hot potatoes and it constantly folding and collapsing when in use it made for a frustratingly good job. my husband has now "modified"it to never fold down again! not sure whether thats a good thing or not yet.
