Resistors

A resistor is an electronic component that is used to resist the flow of electrical current in a circuit. It is a passive device, which means that it does not generate electrical energy, but rather consumes it. The resistance of a resistor is measured in ohms, and it determines the amount of electrical current that can flow through the resistor. The higher the resistance of a resistor, the less current will flow through it. The resistance value of a resistor is fixed and cannot be changed.
