Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Wash the pan in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid harsh scourers
• Routine Cleaning
• After cooking, do not introduce cold water into a hot pan. Allow it to cool, then remove all food and fat residues with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Excessive high heat may cause heat tint or streak marks. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To eliminate streak marks, combine 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual
• While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to prolong the product's life. For optimal results, utilize the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish
