7 year warranty is awesome and Folders put the order through immediately service was great. Only thing we don't like about this hob is that all 4 small circles/elements are the same size, and suit a medium pot. For a large pot the double element is too big and the small element too small. So it's a bit hit and miss for sizing not enough sizes. The large double element is goof for a large pan or stock pot.
