  • Wash and allow to dry before first use. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse grinding mechanism in water. Glass body is dishwasher safe. It's best to fill your mill 3/4 full. It's easy to do, unscrew the lid and pour your salt or pepper into the glass body. To use as grinders, simply remove the cap, turn them upside down and start grinding. The handy cap lock lets you use them as a shaker too. Simply grind with the lid on and cap locked, slide the lock into the open position and shake away. Always store your salt & pepper mills in a dry place. Avoid using above a steaming pot.
