Garcima Enamelled Steel Round Grill Plate 46cm - Vitrified Coating

This pan transforms a paella burner into a true outdoor grill. Garcima's round enamelled grill plate rests flat on a 40cm gas burner and offers a 46cm ridged cooking surface for steaks, chops, sausages, seafood, capsicums, halloumi — anything that requires a hot direct sear with grill marks and drainage away from the heat. It features two handles for easy lifting on and off, with a vitrified enamel coating that cleans easily and withstands acidic marinades without staining.

The ridged surface serves dual purposes: it produces the char marks that enhance the visual appeal on a plate, and the channels between the ridges allow fat and juices to drain away from the food, ensuring meat sears instead of poaching in its own liquid. The 46cm size provides ample cooking volume — sufficient surface area for a complete grill plate of assorted meats and vegetables at once, perfect for feeding a crowd from a single burner. Combine it with one of Garcima's 40cm gas burners (or any compatible outdoor burner) for an outdoor cooking setup that handles both paella and grilling from the same heat source.

Manufactured in Valencia, Spain. The acid-resistant enamel coating withstands tomato-based marinades, citrus, and wine reductions without damage.
