The unique hybrid construction sets these pans apart. They feature a tri-ply design consisting of stainless steel, an aluminium core, and a stainless steel base, which ensures quick and even heating across the entire surface, including the sides. A stainless steel honeycomb grid is layered over a PPG Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating, safeguarding the surface from scratches and metal utensils while providing the convenience of easy food release. You benefit from the searing capabilities of stainless steel along with the easy cleanup associated with ceramic non-stick in both pans.

These pans are free from PFOA, PFAS, cadmium, and lead. They are suitable for use on all types of cooktops, including induction.
