Gentle Heat Pump technology dries at lower temperatures to safeguard fibres and minimize energy consumption. Each fibre’s molecular structure influences moisture evaporation, so Fibre-Led cycles including Down, Elastane, and Woolmark Black certified Wool are precisely adjusted to the optimal temperature and duration, helping to maintain softness, shape, and prolong the life of your clothing.

Heat Pump Technology

Heat Pump technology merges advanced temperature regulation and moisture detection for gentle, energy-efficient drying. Now featuring a temperature range four times greater than our earlier technology, cycles are finely tuned to the natural moisture content of various fibres, drying them to their ideal state while balancing care and efficiency. By adjusting temperature and duration for each fibre, it prevents over-drying of synthetics like Elastane, preserving stretch and shape, while keeping the softness and structure of natural fibres intact.

Steam Refresh

Gently refresh Elastane garments, such as fitted T-shirts or activewear, using Steam Refresh. Steam helps the fibres’ internal structure to relax, assisting the garment in regaining its shape after wear or stretching. After coming out of the dryer, your garment is dry, revitalized, and ready to wear.

Anti-Tangle Technology

TangleProtect ensures garments move freely throughout the cycle, with alternating drum motion that prevents twisting and clumping for uniform drying. For delicate Down fibres, the fully-reversing drum gently fluffs and separates the filling for even drying, preventing damage and helping jackets and duvets maintain their loft and shape.

Gentle Drying For Wool

Machine-washable Wool garments can be safely dried without shrinking or stretching using Woolmark Black certified cycles. Wool’s protein fibres are sensitive when wet, and heat can easily disrupt their natural structure. Carefully controlled temperature and airflow maintain softness, shape, and fit, ensuring sweaters come out perfectly cared for and ready to wear.
