What should I use each attachment for?

Use the beater for maximum aeration when creaming butter and sugar and ideal for heavy cake mixes. The Scraper beater is perfect for combining ingredients and for smaller amounts of mixture. Use the whisk for aerating, whisking egg whites and whipping cream. Use the dough hook for kneading dough and other heavy mixtures.
