    This RADIUS 85 26cm Fry Pan is designed for daily cooking and is made from rust-resistant, durable 18/10 stainless steel. Its modern satin finish allows for quick and easy cleaning. The long cast stainless steel handle is crafted for maximum comfort and control, remaining cooler for longer on the cooktop. The nonreactive stainless steel helps maintain the food's flavor, enabling you to create perfect meals consistently! With a heavy-duty impact bonded base featuring a core of aluminum encased in two layers of stainless steel, heat conductivity is rapid and uniform, providing excellent browning, searing, and sautéing. It is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.

    • Before using for the first time, hand wash the cookware in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Avoid using harsh scrubbers.
    • After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; allow it to cool, then remove all food and grease using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush.
    • Heat tint or streaks may occur from excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessively high heat. To eliminate streaks, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
    • While the cookware is dishwasher safe, handwashing is advised to prolong its lifespan. Use liquid dish detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For optimal results, consider using a stainless-steel cleaner like SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner.
    • Handles may become very hot in certain conditions. Exercise caution when handling and always have quality oven mitts on hand.
