- Before first use, hand wash the cookware in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Avoid using harsh scourers.
- After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; allow it to cool, then remove all food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
- Heat tint or streak marks may occur from excessively high heat. Do NOT use excessively high heat. To eliminate streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft towel.
- Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is advised to prolong the product's lifespan. Use liquid dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. For optimal results, consider using a stainless-steel cleaner like SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner.
