Benriner Professional Mandoline Slicer 120mm - White, 0.5-9mm Thickness

The 120mm professional mandoline is utilized in commercial kitchens around the globe. Its expansive cutting surface accommodates produce that cannot fit on a conventional mandoline: cabbages, watermelon, daikon, large potatoes, and fennel. The hand-finished Japanese stainless steel blade is sharp enough to slice from translucent to 9mm thickness with a single dial adjustment.

Manufactured in Yamaguchi, Japan, by Benriner. It has been the standard in professional preparation stations for more than 70 years.

Important: blades are extremely sharp. Always utilize the provided finger guard, particularly when slicing the final portion of a vegetable. Most injuries with mandolines occur when the guard is removed for convenience.
