Frequently Asked Questions

What type of washing machine is best: front loader or top loader?

Choosing between a front-loading and top-loading washing machine depends on your laundry needs, space, and budget.

Front Loaders: Known for their superior energy and water efficiency, these machines are gentler on clothes and have higher spin speeds, reducing drying time. However, they often have longer wash cycles and a higher initial cost.

Top Loaders: Easier to load without bending, these machines typically have shorter wash cycles. While they may use more water and energy, they are often more budget-friendly upfront.

Consider your washing habits, available space, and long-term savings to make the best choice for your home.

What capacity washing machine do I need for my household?

Selecting the ideal washing machine capacity helps ensure efficient laundry management:

1-2 People: A machine up to 6 kg is usually sufficient for smaller loads.
3-4 People: A 6-8 kg capacity is recommended for medium-sized households.
5+ People: Opt for at least an 8 kg capacity to handle larger loads efficiently.

Consider your typical laundry volume and washing frequency to find the best fit for your needs.

What features should I look for in a washing machine?

Today's washing machines come equipped with advanced features for enhanced convenience and performance:

Variable Spin Speeds – Adjust spin speed to protect different fabric types.
Delay Start – Schedule wash cycles to run at your preferred time.
Quick Wash Programs – Ideal for lightly soiled clothes, saving time and energy.
Steam Functionality – Effectively removes tough stains and allergens.
Smart Connectivity – Control and monitor your machine remotely via a smartphone app.

Choose the features that best match your laundry habits and lifestyle for a more efficient washing
