Folders may be an independent locally owned and operated appliance and furniture store but we can match toe to toe with the big box store prices. We welcome customers to our store or online searching for product and price information on their mobiles or tablets. If you need more information don't hesitate to call us. In fact Folders prices are set by regularly surveying all the major reputable retailers in the market and setting our retail price based on the lowest advertised price for the same product on any given day. We endeavour to give you a competitive price in the market at all times. However, in the event that you find a lower advertised price from a major reputable retailer we will do our best to price match.

We also recommend customers investigate prices across the market as there are often a wide range of prices, particularly with appliances, and a “discount off” or “sale price” does not always reflect lowest market price.

The purchase must take place on the day the lower price is advertised and must be the same make and model and in stock with our competitor. The Price Promise does not apply to any product(s) redeemed from Folders in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim and applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a major New Zealand-wide retail store. Excludes trade quotes, liquidations ,and parallel imported products. Our Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any additional Folders product offers such as bonus product.

To be eligible for our Price Promise, you must present either an advertisement or an authorised quote card from an eligible competitor in order for us to fulfil the promise and applies where the other stores final price is inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges. 

We reserve the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price and if your claim qualifies for the Price Promise, we will match the price.

The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Folders usual terms and conditions of trade. The information you provide Folders will only be used to provide the Price Promise to you or to discuss with you your Price Promise claim.
