The furniture is designed for long-lasting performance and use quality materials and craftsmanship. In fact with affordable prices they are considered great value.
There is a two year warranty on timber and upholstered furniture covering manufacturing defects. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or external causes. Inspect your furniture on arrival. Report any damage or defects within 48 hours of delivery. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) still apply regardless of warranty offerings
Stock is held in New Zealand and aim for fast dispatch of in-stock items. For in-stock products, orders are processed and dispatched within approximately 2 working days (Monday – Friday). If you have ordered multiples of the same product and we do not have the number you have requested we will immediately contact you with the next arrival date or offer you a prompt refund.
All furniture is sourced from trusted suppliers and aim for high standards of material and craftsmanship.
We do deliver throughout New Zealand, but surcharges apply for rural or remote locations. For the more difficult locations like Great Barrier or Stewart Island special conditions may apply. We will contact you to discuss options. When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor progress.

We strive for accurate product photography, but differences can arise due to lighting, screen calibration, and natural variations in materials. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, knots, or shade are expected and are not defects.
