Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Wash the pan in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using abrasive scourers
• Routine Cleaning
• After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; wait until it cools, then remove all food and grease using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush; Heat tint or streak marks may occur from excessively high heat. Do NOT use excessively high heat. To eliminate streak marks, combine 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
