Use & Care

• Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat efficiently
• Utilize silicone or wooden utensils to prolong the life of the coating
• Avoid sharp or metal utensils, and refrain from cutting food in the pan
• Use a small amount of high smoke point oil for cooking; avoid spray oils that can damage the coating
• While dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to enhance the longevity of the pan
• Hand wash with a soft sponge or gentle brush and warm soapy water
• Steer clear of abrasive detergents and harsh scrubbers like steel wool
• Let your cookware cool before washing
• Placing a hot pan in cold water may cause thermal shock and warp the pan.
• If oil carbonizes when overheated, creating a sticky residue on the pan's surface, clean as follows: fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer for a few minutes. Discard the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge.
• For stubborn stains and food residue, simmer a mixture of half white vinegar and half water in the pan for a few minutes. Clean the warm surface with a melamine sponge.
