This Pyrolux Nexgen Saucepan is made from recycled aluminium and features a Healthy Non-stick, Ilag Xeradur 3 Ceramic coating, developed using top Swiss technology. It is non-toxic and free from PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium. A small amount of oil is recommended for healthy cooking on the ceramic surface, which is devoid of harmful chemicals. It includes several user-friendly features that make cooking quick, simple, and efficient! For optimal cooking results, use low to medium heat.

Both beautiful and resilient, the Nexgen Ceramic design showcases a modern exterior and a glossy interior ceramic coating that is durable and resistant to stains, facilitating easy cleanup while enhancing any kitchen decor. The cast stainless steel handles are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and control, remaining cooler for an extended period and double riveted for added security. The tempered glass lid is equipped with a soft close silicone rim. The full induction base guarantees rapid, even heating, leading to energy savings. Nexgen Ceramic is compatible with all cooktops, including induction. It is oven safe with the lid up to 180°C and without the lid up to 220°C, allowing for seamless transitions from stovetop to oven.

Use & Care

• Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat efficiently
• Utilize silicone or wooden utensils to prolong the life of the coating
• Avoid sharp or metal utensils, and do not cut food in the pan
• Use a small amount of high smoke point oil for cooking, and steer clear of spray oils that can damage the coating
• While dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to enhance the longevity of the pan
• Hand wash using a soft sponge or soft brush with warm soapy water
• Refrain from using abrasive detergents and harsh scrubbers like steel wool
• Let your cookware cool down before washing
• Placing a hot pan into cold water can lead to thermal shock and warp the pan.
• If oil carbonizes when overheated, resulting in a sticky residue on the pan's surface, clean it by filling the pan halfway with water and simmering for a few minutes. Discard the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge
• For stubborn stains and food residue, simmer a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water in the pan for a few minutes. Clean the warm surface with a melamine sponge.
