The Chafing Set showcases a chic two-tone matte/polished finish, complete with a glass lid for easy monitoring of your cooking. The optimal 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base guarantees excellent heat distribution. Compatible with all heat sources, including induction, this range is as versatile as it is popular. The rim design facilitates drip-free pouring, and the handles are reinforced with heavy-duty rivets. The modern satin exterior and polished interior finish complement any kitchen décor. Oven-safe up to 220/250 degrees Celsius with or without the lid.

    Maintenance and Care

    • Before First Use
    • Clean the pan in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid using abrasive scourers.
    • Routine Cleaning
    • After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; allow it to cool, then remove all food and grease residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Excessive high heat can cause heat tint or streak marks. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To eliminate streak marks, combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
    • While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to prolong the product's lifespan. For optimal results, utilize the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for a like-new finish.
