The single-ring gas burner from Garcima designed for dedicated outdoor paella chefs — and one of the few in their lineup that holds full Australian gas certification according to AS 2658-2008. AGA certified, it is ready to operate on LPG immediately, supplied with a hose and regulator that meet Australian standards. The pan is placed on top, the burner is stable on its legs, and it provides even heat across a 30cm diameter paella pan from a single concentric flame ring.

Thirty centimetres is the ideal burner for the 30-36cm pan range — suitable for paella serving 2 to 4 people depending on the depth of the rice layer. Designed for outdoor cooking only, which is the intention. Domestic cooktops cannot achieve this level of heat distribution beneath a paella pan. A dedicated burner ensures that the paella cooks uniformly across the entire diameter, preventing the edge from being done while the center remains wet.

Manufactured in Spain by Garcima, the Valencia workshop that most professional kitchens associate with paella. Comes complete with the regulator and hose — everything required to connect to a standard Australian LPG bottle.

This is a gas appliance intended solely for outdoor use. Ensure operation on stable, level ground, away from flammable materials, and with sufficient ventilation. Do not use indoors or in confined spaces. Avoid using a variable-pressure regulator — only fixed-pressure regulators that comply with Australian standards are appropriate. If you lack experience with LPG appliances, have a qualified gas fitter check the connection before first use.
