• Finished to highlight the grain. Treated to enhance the color and character of the wood instead of covering it with a finish.
• Hand wash and dry. Wood should not be placed in a dishwasher, and a simple wipe down will extend the life of the board for years.
• Oil it occasionally. A light application of food-safe mineral oil nourishes the wood and prevents the grain from drying out. Doing this will ensure that a board like this lasts longer than most kitchen items.
