  • Both home cooks and professional chefs agree that having high-quality pepper and salt mills is crucial for preparing meals and enhancing flavors. The AdHoc CLASSIC MEDIUM mill is precisely that - a reliable product that effortlessly grinds these essential seasonings.

The CLASSIC MEDIUM Pepper or Salt Mill

The AdHoc CLASSIC MEDIUM is a manual mill designed for pepper or salt that efficiently cracks pepper and crushes salt, allowing the full flavor of the seasonings to emerge - truly a classic!

The mill features an acrylic spice body that safeguards the pepper or salt from environmental factors while allowing visibility of the seasoning level. The exterior adjustment screw makes it easy to switch the grind from fine to coarse with a simple clockwise or counter-clockwise turn. To refill the mill with pepper or salt, just loosen the adjustment screw, take off the stainless steel top, and add your chosen seasoning!

This contemporary CLASSIC MEDIUM mill is equipped with AdHoc's renowned Ceracut® ceramic grinder, which is the best option for manual grinding. Since 1996, AdHoc has consistently used its CeraCut® ceramic grinder, staying ahead of competitors through ongoing advancements and innovations.
