They provide outstanding heat conduction, ensuring even baking to produce crisp pastry tubes for your preferred filling. User-friendly, just cut a 12cm circle of dough, wrap it around the mould, and seal by applying a bit of egg yolk on the overlapping edge. Immerse it in hot oil and fry until golden brown. After cooling, carefully take out the tube and fill it with your chosen filling.
