Avanti Cocktail and Spirit Smoking Kit with Oak Infuser

This comprehensive kit contains everything necessary to infuse a delightful smoky flavor into your drinks, adding a new layer to your drinking experience. The kit includes a butane gas torch featuring a single flame nozzle, a smoke infuser, a spoon, a cleaning brush, and four tins of premium wood chips. The smoke infuser is made from a solid piece of oak and is designed to rest securely on the rim of a glass. It has a removable double weave high-quality stainless steel mesh filter with a wide solid rim that protects the infuser from burning. The filter effectively isolates and contains the wood residue, ensuring a flowing cascade of culinary smoke to permeate and enhance the flavor of your cocktail or spirit. Each wood chip tin presents a distinct flavor profile, allowing you to explore the aromatic nuances of cherry, apple, oak, and beech wood chips and find the perfect smoky note for your cocktails or preferred spirit. All chips are made from natural wood without any artificial additives, guaranteeing a pure taste and sized for optimal smoke performance.

1. Place the infuser on the rim of the glass filled with cocktail or spirit, ensuring the lid is removed. Maintain a minimum 2.5cm distance between the beverage and the bottom of the infuser.
2. Fill the provided spoon with wood chips into the filter, keeping in mind that less is better.
3. Ignite the wood chips by holding the torch lighter about 10cm from the wood chips, directing the flame down into the center of the mesh filter. Gradually lower the torch to 3cm above the wood chips. Ignite the wood chips only for a short time.
4. Cover the infuser with the lid and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
5. Once the desired smokiness is reached, remove the lid and enjoy the enhanced aroma and flavor.
6. Safely dispose of burnt wood chips by placing them in a non-flammable container.
