This tool is equipped with 20 stainless steel prongs that effectively break down tough meat fibers and connective tissues, enabling rubs and marinades to penetrate more quickly for tastier and juicier outcomes. It is simple to operate; just punch the pork skin repeatedly until it is dotted with tiny holes. For other meats, be careful not to apply too much pressure, as the needles should only pierce the skin without going through to the other side.
