Perfect for making a variety of flavours to delight everyone, they are also appropriate for mousse and other gelatin-based desserts. With a traditional fluted design, each mould includes a removable top and base for effortless release and transfer from fridge to plates and bowls once set. After setting, just take off the base cap, position the mould onto a plate, and lift off the top cap to break the seal and easily release your jelly.
