The Avanti® EggPoach Cradle simplifies the process of poaching eggs. This cradle is a flexible non-stick container that floats on simmering water as the eggs cook. Start by bringing a pan with 4cm of water to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer. Lightly oil the inside of the cradle, crack your egg into it, place it in the simmering water, and cover the pan with a lid. When done, invert the cradle to release the domed egg. Poaching is as straightforward as boiling an egg!
