    Instructions
    • 1 Clean thoroughly with warm water and dry before use.
    • 2 Turn the Ice Cream Maker upside down (stainless steel plate facing down) and place flat in the freezer for 8-12 hours.
      • NOTE: The cooling temperature should be -18°C to achieve optimal results.
    • 3 Remove the maker from the freezer and position it on a flat, sturdy surface with the stainless steel plate facing upwards.
    • 4 Pour approximately 100-150ml of the prepared ice cream mixture onto the stainless steel plate of the maker.
    • 5 Use the spatulas to spread the mixture evenly over the plate and allow it to freeze for about 3-5 minutes (until firm).
    • 6 Add sprinkles or chocolate flakes for extra fun and flavor.
    • 7 Scrape thin ice cream rolls with a damp spatula and then transfer from the plate to a cup or cone.
    • 8 Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
