Have returned the toaster - it did not cook toast evenly on any setting. Too much on one side, barely done on the other. Previous reviewers have noted the same fault so I don't think the toaster was faulty but has a design flaw. The premise of "a liitle bit more" was a good one, had the toaster produced even browning. Will be purchasing a different brand.
