Kilner® Butter Churner

Create tasty, homemade butter using the Kilner® Butter Churner. Just add double cream to the glass jar base, secure the lid with the churning mechanism, and turn the handle to start rotating the paddles. Continue churning for about 10 minutes until the butter fat separates from the buttermilk.

Drain the buttermilk and shape the butter fat with the Kilner® Butter Paddles. The buttermilk can be used for making pancakes or scone mixtures.

Personalize flavors by seasoning and incorporating herbs and spices. A recipe and instruction booklet is provided to assist you through the process.
