Do not use harsh scourers. Routine Cleaning After cooking, empty the contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and scrub the pan thoroughly, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store properly. Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing to prolong the product's life. Do NOT use excessive high heat.
