The base is constructed with an impact-bonded copper wedge encased in two layers of aluminium and stainless steel for quick, uniform heat distribution and control.

This sturdy roaster is compatible with all stovetops except induction and is safe for oven use up to 220°C.

Maintenance and Care:

Before First Use
Clean with hot soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid using abrasive scourers.

Routine Cleaning
After cooking, let the pan cool before cleaning. Eliminate all food and fat residues with hot soapy water and a nylon brush or cloth. Steer clear of high heat to avoid heat tinting or streaks.
To tackle discolouration, combine 2 tablespoons of bicarb soda with water to form a paste. Apply with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse.

While dishwasher safe, handwashing is advised to prolong the product's lifespan. For optimal results, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for a “like new” finish.
