Maintenance and Care

After each use, tap the top of the grinder against the heel of your hand. This helps prevent peppercorns or rock salt from becoming stuck in the grinding mechanism. It is also advisable to tap the grinder with the heel of your hand before adjusting the top knob for a finer grind.

Frequently remove the top knob and clean with a soft brush to eliminate finely ground spices.
