    Made with a 2.8mm triple-layer clad stainless steel construction, it integrates stainless steel and aluminium for quick, even heat distribution across the whole surface. It is responsive, resistant to warping, and designed for high temperatures, ensuring consistent performance without hot spots.

    Suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and oven safe up to 250°C, it transitions smoothly from stovetop to oven. The robust stainless steel build is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning.
