Additionally, it serves as a stylish cookware piece that can transition from the oven to cooktop to tabletop, showcasing a chic two-tone matte/polished finish. The innovative base guarantees optimal heat distribution and is suitable for all energy sources, including induction. Maintenance and Care

• Before First Use
• Clean the pan in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
• Routine Cleaning
• After cooking, do not add cold water to a hot pan; allow it to cool, then remove all food and grease using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush; excessive high heat can cause heat tint or streak marks. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To eliminate streak marks, combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with water to form a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
• While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is advised to prolong the product's lifespan. For optimal results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for a like-new finish.
