No more hunting for the last pickled onions in the jar with a fork! This innovative lifter design removes vinegar and brine from pickled and fermented foods, allowing you to serve immediately. Just pull the silicone-coated lifter upwards to detach the food from the liquid. Perfect for pickled onions, beetroot, gherkins, and cauliflower florets. This set is designed for processing using the water bath method while adhering to recipe guidelines.

It features a 2-piece lid system consisting of a tin disc and screw band that ensures a secure vacuum seal, keeping the contents fresher for an extended period. The jar has a capacity of 1 litre/1000ml, making it ideal for pickling and preserving large, whole fruits and vegetables. The wider opening facilitates easy filling and pouring. The jar includes embossed ML volume indicators on the side and is enhanced with the authentic Kilner® embossed logo on the front.

A recipe and instruction booklet is included in the set.
