• Reversible. One side for preparation and the other for serving, allowing the board to justify its space in the cupboard twice.
• Gentler on your knives. Wood is softer on a blade compared to glass or stone, helping edges remain sharp for a longer period.
• Naturally more hygienic than plastic. Wood possesses natural antibacterial qualities and does not retain knife marks like plastic does.
