The vented base permits bubbles to escape from beneath the basin, preventing it from tipping in the pan. The Classic shape facilitates the easy release of the pudding post-steaming, giving it its unique form. The cream basin has dimensions of H11cm x Dia 19.5cm, with a capacity of 1.75 litres.
