The rim is specially crafted to seal the pudding. Its traditional shape facilitates the easy release of the pudding, ensuring it maintains its distinctive form.

    This basin is also suitable for serving a range of dishes and includes an airtight lid, making it useful for food storage to keep items fresh, complete with a convenient date dial.

    Constructed from high-quality stoneware, the basin is appropriate for steaming in a pan, and is microwave and dishwasher safe, as well as oven safe up to 240 degrees C. Please be aware - the lid should not be placed in the microwave or oven, nor in the pan while steaming; it is intended solely for storage. Capacity is 900ml.
