A tri-ply structure made of stainless steel, an aluminium core, and a stainless steel base ensures quick and even heating throughout the pan, including the sides. A stainless steel honeycomb grid covers a PPG Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating, safeguarding the surface from scratches and metal utensils while still providing the easy release characteristic of non-stick cookware. You benefit from the searing capabilities of stainless steel combined with the easy cleanup of ceramic non-stick in one pan.

Free of PFOA, PFAS, cadmium, and lead. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction. Comes with a tempered glass lid that allows you to monitor cooking without losing heat.
