This Pyrolux Nexgen Saucepan is made from recycled aluminium and features a Healthy Non-stick, Ilag Xeradur 3 Ceramic coating, developed using advanced Swiss technology. It is non-toxic and free from PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium. A small amount of oil can be used for healthy cooking on the ceramic surface, which is devoid of harmful chemicals. It includes features that make cooking quick, simple, and efficient! For optimal cooking results, use low to medium heat.

Both beautiful and durable, the Nexgen Ceramic design showcases a modern exterior and a glossy interior ceramic coating that is resilient and stain resistant, facilitating easy cleanup while enhancing any kitchen decor. The cast stainless steel handles are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and control, remaining cooler for longer and double riveted for added security. The tempered glass lid includes a soft close silicone rim. The full induction base guarantees rapid, even heating, leading to energy efficiency. Nexgen Ceramic is compatible with all types of cooktops, including induction. It is oven safe with the lid up to 180°C and without the lid up to 220°C, allowing for easy transition from stovetop to oven.

Use & Care

• Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat efficiently
• Utilize silicone or wooden utensils to prolong the life of the coating
• Avoid sharp or metal utensils, and do not cut food in the pan
• Use a small amount of high smoke point oil for cooking, and refrain from using spray oils that can damage the coating
• While dishwasher safe, hand washing is advised to prolong the lifespan of the pan
• Hand wash using a soft sponge or soft brush with warm soapy water
• Steer clear of abrasive detergents and harsh scrubbers like steel wool
• Let your cookware cool before washing
• Placing a hot pan into cold water may cause thermal shock and warp the pan.
• If oil carbonization occurs when overheated, resulting in a sticky residue on the pan's surface, clean as follows: fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer for a few minutes. Discard the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge.
• For stubborn stains and stuck-on food, simmer a mixture of half white vinegar and half water in the pan for a few minutes. Clean the warm surface with a melamine sponge.
