The Whitford USA Eclipse Diamond non-stick coating utilizes Diamond nanotechnology, resulting in exceptional hardness and durability, allowing the pan to be safe for metal utensils and heat resistant up to 230°C.

    • Before first use, remove all paper and labels. Clean your new cookware with hot soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely
    • While your cookware has passed all dishwasher safe tests, it is advised to hand wash it in warm soapy water to maintain the longevity of the non-stick surface and the internals of the detachable handle.
    • Do not allow your cookware to boil dry and always let it cool before placing it in water.
    • The body of your cookware is oven safe up to 230°C.
    • The detachable handle is oven safe up to 150°C.
    • Avoid letting the heat source extend beyond the base of the cookware.
    • To prolong the life of the non-stick surface, it is recommended to use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils.
    • Never cut food with a knife while it is still in the cookware, as this can permanently damage the surface.
    • If the non-stick properties of your cookware diminish over time, simply apply a light coating of oil with a paper towel over the entire cooking surface, ensuring all excess oil is removed. This will help recondition your cookware for future use.
    • Cooking on low to medium heat is recommended for most applications. High heat should only be used for brief searing or browning.
    • Your cookware is suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
