It is free from toxins, including PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium. A small amount of oil is sufficient for healthy cooking on the ceramic surface, which is devoid of harmful chemicals. With its appealing features, cooking becomes fast, simple, and efficient! For optimal cooking results, use low to medium heat.

Both beautiful and sturdy, the Nexgen Ceramic design showcases a modern exterior and a glossy interior ceramic coating that is durable and resistant to stains, making cleanup easy while enhancing any kitchen aesthetic. The cast stainless steel handles are ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and control, remaining cooler for longer and securely double riveted. Use & Care

• Cook on low to medium heat - the ceramic coating distributes heat efficiently
• Utilize silicone or wooden utensils to prolong the life of the coating
• Avoid sharp or metal utensils, and do not cut food in the pan
• Use a small amount of high smoke point oil for cooking, and avoid spray oils that can damage the coating
• While dishwasher safe, hand washing is advised to enhance the longevity of the pan
• Hand wash with a soft sponge or soft brush and warm soapy water
• Steer clear of abrasive detergents and harsh scrubbers like steel wool
• Let your cookware cool before washing
• Placing a hot pan in cold water may cause thermal shock and warp the pan.
• If oil carbonizes when overheated, resulting in a sticky residue, clean as follows: fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer for a few minutes. Discard the water and clean the pan with a soft melamine sponge.
• For stubborn stains and stuck-on food, simmer a mixture of half white vinegar and half water in the pan for a few minutes. Clean the warm surface with a melamine sponge.
